The Gentle Sleep Book by Sarah Ockwell-Smith – Review
Another baby sleep book rolls out, this time from Sarah Ockwell-Smith. She’s a mother of four with an initial degree in psychology, before going on to work in pharmaceuticals, homeopathy and hypnobirthing.
It’s quite a tome, and perhaps worth reading during the end of pregnancy rather than the early months of sleep deprivation when you spend a great deal of time trying not to punch someone in the face.
Be prepared for a very anti-control crying stance and a psychological perspective throughout.
