Video guide to help parents muddle through Tax Credit renewals

For families trying to muddle through their annual tax credit renewal process, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has put together a series of videos to help.

Tax credits have to be renewed by 31 July or payments will stop, but muddling through all the information the HMRC needs can be difficult, particularly if your circumstances have changed.

Now the online bite-sized videos will take parents through the renewal process step-by-step as well as offering further information on tax credits that may be useful.
