Who’s Your Favourite Star Wars Character? Film Fans Say Han Solo

Han Solo has been picked as the most popular Star Wars Character of all time, in a new poll.

The character played by Harrison Ford, was chosen by Star Wars fans in a survey commissioned by Vue.

The moment where Darth Vader reveals to Luke that he is his father was selected as the best movie moment.

The majority of the 2000 people taking part in the research said the The Millennium Falcon was the best starship and Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back was also named as the most watched film.

Film Content Manager at Vue, Dean Cross said: “Star Wars continues to be a sell-out success as we prepare to welcome hordes of fans through our doors over the coming weeks.

“Our research revealed that Star Wars is the favourite film for over a third of the public and we’re thrilled to help fans from all generations enjoy the latest instalment.”
