St Paul’s Adventure Playground is back open for play again and it’s bigger and better than before.
In April 2020, Bristol watched on in horror, as smoke twisted its way across the Bristol skyline from a devastating arson attack.
Following a successful fundraiser, the park was secured and rebuilt during lockdown. It’s now opened back up with new play opportunities to explore.
There’s old favourites available to play with including bikes, basket ball court, swings, a boat and some of the old climbing frame. New features include a naturalistic and fantastical treehouse, stained glass and a small climbing wall.
The park, on Fern Street, is currently running sessions Thursdays – Saturdays, as well as a session for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (Send).
